"6 years ago, I called Countryside Veternary Clinic asking for help with how to deal with my dying cat. It was my first pet ever in my life, and the lady on the phone was the most patient and caring person, talking me through the steps and just genuinely caring. 4 years ago, I had to put my dog down, and again, the most genuine and caring people were there to help me through that time. And sadly, today, I had to put down my last pet. Even though none of my animals has ever been to this vet clinic, they took me in when I was hurting the most with the loss of my pets, and helped me through each step. Thank you for being so caring towards animals that were never in your care."
