Throughout each month our entire team is encouraged to observe one another and reward astounding performance by nominating fellow team members for employee of the month. The nomination includes the name of the employee as well as what they were caught doing above and beyond expectations. At the end of the month the nominations are announced and team members vote for the employee to be recognized as the "Employee of the Month".
