Countryside Veterinary Clinic

Housing

"You're Pet's home away from home."

Countryside Veterinary Clinic has a housing area designed to provide your pet with the best possible conditions if he/she needs to stay at the clinic for hospitalization. This area is divided into six sections; four separate rooms for housing, a kitchen and tub room, and an isolation room. The isolation room is a separate and sanitary room where any pets suffering from a contagious condition are hospitalized. Team members that enter this area to provide care will wear protective suits to protect the animals inside from any outside germs and to prevent the contagious germs inside from being carried outside of isolation. In the kitchen and tub room we prepare meals for our patients and wash and sanitize all food dishes. We also use this area for bathing your pet when we are not using this area as a kitchen. Our housing area is separated into four rooms that connect to one another through doors. One housing room contains ten 3ft x 8 ft quarters to accommodate our larger patients. One housing room is designated for our patients that are recuperating from surgery or require closer monitoring. The two remaining housing rooms allow ample space to accommodate the needs of our remaining patients. Our Animal Care Takers closely monitor your pet's mood, appetite and elimination patterns during their stay. Any change in your pet's status is immediately brought to the attention of the doctor so they are always aware of your pet's progress.
